a) Camera & Photos
We access your device camera and photo gallery only when you choose to capture a body image or select an image. These images are used to analyze body pose/measurements inside the app.

b) Health Inputs
When you enter data such as height, weight, age, and activity level, this data is used to generate health and diet recommendations.

c) Notifications
We schedule reminders (water and diet) based on your selected plan and time preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide body measurement results
• Calculate BMI and health metrics
• Generate diet and workout plans
• Send reminders based on your schedule

3. Data Storage & Sharing

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• Images are processed locally on the device unless you explicitly upload them.
• Only required profile/measurement data is stored securely in our backend if you sign in.

4. Permissions Used

• Camera – to capture body images
• Photos/Storage – to pick images from gallery
• Notifications – to send reminders

5. Data Security

We use standard security practices to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

FitAI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
